Our Community Administrator Reports offers the flexibility to select the most relevant data sets and the convenience of always being on-demand. You can compile comprehensive reports and export your data with just a few clicks.
The dashboard shows all of the impact your community is making. Your dashboard can be updated to reflect a specific date range or the entirety of your partnership with NobleHour. You can select one of our preset filters like the last 7 days, select a custom date range, or select a specific month or year. The dashboard consist of a line graph, community health averages, and a chart showing contribution statues based on the reporting date range.
The line graph shows the amount of approved hours and the cumulative impact being made overtime based on the reports date range. The blue line depicts the approved hours in your community. The hours shown on a dot calculates approved hours from that dot's date to the next dot's date and that number is rounded to the nearest tenth. The green line depicts the cumulative impact overtime and this number is also rounded to the nearest tenth.
The cumulative impact is calculated by the Independentsector.org. Independent Sector publishes these numbers every year, by state, based on US department of labor statistics, and they come up with a wage by state. We grab the location of the opportunity, find the state that it’s in, and then multiply the number of hours worked at that opportunity by the state wage.
Community Health Averages
Community Health looks at the average number of hours, active members, and submissions by Members, Groups, Opportunities, and Community Partners. These tell you, at a glance, how your community is performing - on average. Circled values change as you apply filters. You can compare filter-specific results to your community-wide dotted-line averages. Select View Detail to view a more comprehensive report. Health averages defined:
- Hours: Average hours per Member
- Active Members: The proportion of members who are active members
- Submissions: Average submissions per Member
- Hours: Average hours per Group
- Active Members: Average active contributing members per Group
- Submissions: Average submissions per Group
- Hours: Average hours per Opportunity
- Active Members: Average active contributing members per Opportunity
- Submissions: Average submissions per Opportunity
- Hours: Average hours per Community Partner
- Active Members: Average active contributing members per Community Partner
- Submissions: Average submissions per Community Partner
Detail reports for Members, Groups, Opportunities, and Community Partners can be viewed by selecting View Detail. Approved, pending, and denied hours are submitted to your Community. Verified hours are submitted to and moderated by the Opportunity Host/Organizer.
Click on a column header to reveal filtering and sorting toggles (click one to apply and again to remove). From left to right you can adjust the font and format, filter columns, and sort by ascending or descending order. Click on a row to see more details about a member.
Submission Status Chart
The submission status chart shows the community's hour submission statuses for a specific date range. The chart will show approved, pending and denied total hours. The chart is divided into two sections. The Contribution bar shows hours that have been contributed to one of your Groups. The Verification bar shows hours that have been verified by a volunteer coordinator. Click on one of the status bars to drill into a submission report.
