Most NobleHour charts are supported by a table view of their data, including any filters for your specific query. These tables are dynamic, and can be sorted, filtered, and exported.
Selecting a column header below Totals in the table view will highlight the column and provide filter/sorting tools for the data:
Formatting Column Data
The column data can be formatted using the formatting tool. Selecting the column will trigger a menu to appear at the top of the column. Select the first icon, and then Formatting to display the formatting menu. You can also Hide a Column from this menu.
Filtering Column Data
Even if you have already filtered your data using the Report filters, table columns can be filtered to display only specific data. For example, you can filter the table view to display only Members who have met a service requirement of 30 hours. Selecting the column will trigger a menu to appear at the top of the column. Select the funnel icon, to display the filter menu.
The first dropdown box within the filter menu allows you to specify how you wish to filter your data. Here, we have filtered the table to display only rows within the Approved Hours column that are greater than or equal to 30 hours.
Sorting Column Data
Column data can be sorted in ascending or descending order. Selecting the column will trigger a menu to appear at the top of the column. Select the arrow icons to sort the data as desired. Here, we have sorted Members in order of greatest amount of Approved Hours to the least amount of Approved Hours.
Exporting Table Data
Once your table has been formatted, filtered, and sorted as needed, the table data can be exported into a .pdf, or .xls format by selecting Export located at the top right section of the page and then select PDF or XLS, in the report header.
