When you register as an individual user you become a NobleHour Member. As you connect and share on the site you may be promoted to a Contributor, Moderator, or Administrator for any Event, Opportunity, Group, Organization or Community.

  • Members can join Events, Opportunities, Organizations and Communities. They can Contribute content to any entity, but their Contributions must be approved.

    As you collaborate on the site you may be promoted to a Contributor, Moderator, or an Administrator.
  • Contributors can Add & Contribute content with automatic approval. This includes Hours, Events, Opportunities, News, and Media.

  • Moderators can Contribute content with automatic approval and approve content.
  • Administrators can manage settings, members, verify and approve hours worked, Contribute and approve others' Contributions. They also can add and approve additional Administrators, Moderators and Contributors.

Community Roles

  • Community Contributors can Contribute Hours and post and share content, such as Events, Opportunities, News, and Resources with automatic approval.

  • Community Moderators can create and manage Groups, approve hours worked, post and manage Events, News, Resources, and Opportunities, and moderate content Contributions.

  • Community Administrators can manage Community settings and modules, manage Community membership, verify and approve hours worked, post and manage Events, News, Resources, and Opportunities, and approve and moderate content submissions. They also add and approve additional Administrators, Moderators and Contributors.

Group Roles

  • Group Contributors can Contribute Hours, News, and Media to their Group with automatic approval.

  • Group Moderators can Contribute and approve Group News and Media. They can also Moderate or Approve hours.

  • Group Administrators can manage Group settings and modules, view Group members and reports, approve hours, manage news and media, and moderate content Contributions.

Organization Roles

  • Organization Contributors can Contribute Hours, Events, Opportunities and News to their Organization with automatic approval.

  • Organization Moderators can Contribute and Approve Organization News, Opportunities, and Events.

  • Organization Administrators can manage Organization settings, view members and reports, manage Events, Opportunities, and News, and moderate content Contributions.
